Curriculum map

Every new hire walks the same five-beat map learners see—orientation packet, foundations sprint, integration block, resilience week, and capstone freeze. Staff versions include internal grading shadowing before you solo-review.

Mentor office hours

Faculty leads publish office hours three weeks ahead. Lab instructors rotate through device benches in Kesennuma while remote guild mentors hold structured threads with SLA timers visible to learners.

Capstone delivery

Staff capstones mimic learner submissions: you ship a recorded walkthrough, artifact bundle, and written retro. Operations scores logistics clarity; faculty scores technical depth; industry advisors comment only on release realism.

Hiring pipeline

  1. Written exercise (timed, open-book).
  2. Panel interview with live rubric calibration.
  3. Shadow week paid at contractor rates.
