Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if you have not accessed downloadable mentor materials or submitted the first graded artifact. Accessing either voids the full-refund window unless required otherwise by mandatory law.

2. Partial refunds

After the eligibility window, partial refunds may be available if we cancel a cohort or materially change the published schedule. Amounts are calculated against unused weeks, minus non-recoverable payment processing fees.

3. Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, purchased hardware, expedited shipping, and custom enterprise rubric workshops are non-refundable once ordered.

4. Process steps

1. Email the Connect form with “Refund request” and your enrollment id.
2. Operations confirms artifact access logs within five business days.
3. Finance issues a decision letter with calculation breakdown.
4. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment instrument.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds typically post within ten business days, depending on card networks or bank holidays. International wires may take longer.

6. Refund method

We refund to the original payment method. If that method is closed, we will request updated banking details via a secure process and may require additional identity verification.

7. Contact & appeals

Contact +81 17-041-2056 or the Connect page. If you disagree with a decision, you may escalate with additional documentation; escalation does not pause undisputed portions of your enrollment.

8. Cancellation by learner

You may withdraw from future weeks without refund if you remain liable for weeks already delivered. Written notice is required at least seven days before the next billing cycle for installment plans.

9. Exceptions

Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) may delay cohorts. In those cases we offer rescheduling before cash refunds unless law requires immediate repayment.
