Privacy overview
This overview supplements the Site policies. It is written for learners and sponsors evaluating how coursework data moves through NodeHub Focus systems.
1. What we collect
Account details, billing contacts, submitted repositories or files, mentor feedback, session recordings where explicitly opted in, and technical metadata required to operate support tickets.
2. Why we use it
To deliver education services, grade artifacts, improve rubrics in aggregate, comply with tax law, and protect against abuse of our staff or facilities.
3. Who sees it
Faculty leads, assigned lab instructors, operations coordinators handling logistics, and—when noted in a track brief—industry advisors under NDA.
4. Retention summary
Financial records follow statutory retention. Coursework copies default to twenty-four months post-cohort for audit, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion compatible with mentor obligations.
5. Your controls
Request exports or deletion through the Connect form. Some deletion requests may be limited while disputes or chargebacks are active.
6. Updates
Material changes are emailed to active learners and posted here with a new effective date.
